Our guest house is situated on the banks of a stunning 45-acre lake, established in 1812 and is exclusively used for electric motor catch & release fishing. Kayaks, private pickle ball court & paddle boat for guests! Fish from the dock where you may catch a variety of sport fish such as northern pike, crappie & sunfish. Recently, a record setting 11.4lb largemouth bass was caught.

Located close to King's Dominion and Meadows Event Park. Our guest house is a comfortable and inviting retreat, perfect for couples or small groups. It features a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious outdoor access. We offer complimentary kayaks, paddle boat and stand up paddle boards for our guests. For sports enthusiasts, we have a range of facilities including an indoor and outdoor pickle ball/tennis court, basketball court, and a professional beach volleyball sand court. You can rent our bass boat during your stay for $200/day, gas included. If you prefer to explore the surrounding area, the Mattaponi River flows through the property and offers a perfect spot for kayaking, canoeing, or fishing.
