Welcome to The Driftwood Cottage! Located on “The Point” - highly desirable area of Colonial Beach close to everything! Newly renovated and stylish two bedroom beach cottage just steps away from the sand. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Park your car and forget your keys -- you can walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. *3 night minimum stay during peak season 5/1-9/30*

Good to know

The home is like new! Thoughtfully renovated with a stylish interior. Completely upgraded - unlike any other airbnb on the block! All furniture, linens, and kitchen equipment is brand new for our guests. We also have installed a private EV car charger at the home. Bedroom one: Queen bed Bedroom two: Full bed Two full bathrooms. Please note: This is a cottage -- there is no traditional dining table. Instead, we've created an eat-in kitchen with counter-height island.

The house was exactly as described. Very comfortable and clean. Easy walk to the beach, even for kids. Lots within walking distance, quiet little street. Andrea was wonderfully responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We had a delightful stay in Colonial Beach (our first time there). The beach is only a block away from this house. It’s so pretty looking out over the water!. You can walk to town easily. Yet, the house is just far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful. Everything in the house is well appointed - super pretty and updated. The queen bed in the master bed is very comfortable. We took our dogs and frequented all sorts of nice places to take long walks with them (all within 1/2 hour of the house). Caldone State Park. George Washington’s Birth place park. Westmoreland State park. James Monroe’s Birth place park. We also rented a golf cart to get around town. Fun! Not strictly necessary but we had fun on it. You don’t have to pay to park them, which was convenient. We’d definitely rent here again!
